The bloke behind All Incredible
Owner-operated since 2021. Now exterior cleaning only, because doing one thing really well beats doing a bit of everything.
From a bit of everything to one thing done well
All Incredible started in 2021 as a small property services business around Nelson and Tasman. The goal was simple: turn up when you say, do a proper job, and look after the customer.
Over the years the work that customers kept coming back for, and the work Eric enjoyed most, was the exterior cleaning: houses, driveways, decks, windows. So in April 2026 he made the call to specialise. The lawns and gardens have gone. What's left is a business set up around commercial water blasting and soft washing gear, done by one person who knows it inside out.
Eric runs the bookings through ServiceM8, so quotes, confirmations and reminders arrive properly and nothing gets lost in a paper diary, and he sends photos of the finished job when he's done.

Why people book him again
Reliable
Reviews say it more than anything else: on time, friendly, and a message beforehand if the plan has to change. Weather gets watched and you get told.
Proper gear
Commercial water blaster, rotary surface cleaner, soft-wash system and pure water window pole. The right tool for each surface, not one tool for everything.
Shows you the result
Photos of the finished work and a note on what was done, sent through when the job is complete. Handy if you're not home, or if it's a rental.
