Privacy policy

All Incredible Property Services Ltd, trading as All Incredible Exterior Cleaning ("we", "us"), runs the website allincredible.co.nz. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote through the website (the contact form or the message box), we collect:

Your name
Your phone number and email address
The address of the property you want cleaned
What you tell us about the job
Any photos you choose to upload

If you phone, text or email us instead, we keep the details you give us the same way.

Why we collect it

Only so we can quote and do the job: contact you, work out a price, book the work, invoice you, and follow up afterwards. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who else sees it

A few services help us run the website and the business. They only get what they need to do their job:

Formspark delivers your form message to our inbox.
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores uploaded photos for up to 180 days, then deletes them.
Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may set cookies or use pixels so we can see how people find the site and measure our advertising. This information is anonymous to us. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Our accounting and invoicing software, for quotes and invoices.

We will share your information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta for advertising and basic visitor statistics. They do not tell us who you are. You can turn cookies off in your browser, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while we are dealing with the job and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you want the same work done again. Invoices and payment records are kept for seven years as New Zealand tax law requires. Uploaded photos are deleted after 180 days.

Keeping it safe

Your details are stored in password-protected accounts and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Only Eric handles customer information.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@allincredible.co.nz or call 021 445 806 and we will sort it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
